Tim Corder understands Idaho. He is a native of the Gem state, with family residing in Idaho dating back to the 1860s. He is a father of three, grandfather of three and has been married to his wife LaVonne since 1968. Tim farmed the land for 35 years and owns a local trucking company.

Senator Corder also understands service. He is a Viet Nam Army Airborne Infantry veteran who has proudly served District 22 since 2004. Currently, he is Chairman of the Agricultural Affairs Committee, and serves on the Transportation, and Local Government and Taxation Committees. He serves on the Childhood Development Task Force, the Health Care Task Force and the Mental Health Subcommittee as well.

Tim Corder is a strong supporter of large and small business development, protecting family farms and ranches, refurbishing our roads and protecting the environment. He believes in Republican principles of private property rights and stable family values.
